Our journey began long before the company was established. The owner spent seven years working for another HVAC company, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the trade. Starting as an installer, he developed a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship and proper system installation. As his experience grew, he became a skilled service and repair technician, diagnosing and solving complex HVAC issues. He later moved into sales, where he learned that customers value honesty, education, and straightforward recommendations over high-pressure sales tactics.
After years of building knowledge and experience, he earned his California C-20 HVAC Contractor's License and decided it was time to build something of his own—a company that would reflect the values he believed the industry should stand for.
From day one, his brother stood beside him, helping build Botello's Boys Heating & Air Conditioning from the ground up. Together they worked long days, earning the trust of homeowners and businesses one project at a time. As the company continued to grow, the next generation joined the team when his nephew came aboard, making Botello's Boys a true family business.
